The September Boot Camp at the Compound is officially under way! We have an enthusiastic group of Boot Campers who are looking forward to the next 4 weeks of classes. We are excited about working with the Boot Campers and giving them new information and skills they will be able to use for the rest of their lives!

BOOT CAMP WORKOUT #10
On Monday and Tuesday the Boot Camp classes learned the Turkish Get Up. This is a fairly complicated movement, but the classes did a great job learning it. This movement is great for shoulder and core strength, as well as improving balance and coordination. I'm sure some of the Boot Campers are feeling the effects today!
