Week 1 is complete!
All of the Bootcampers did a fantastic job this week. Ben, Chris, Heather, Keith, Pat, Skyler, and Val have all been extremely impressed with their classes and are looking forward to Week 2.
The Women's Only class, led by Heather and Val, capped off Week 1 with a difficult, yet fun W.O.D. involving the rowers, ball slams, the agility ladder, and Muay Thai drills.
