During the next few weeks, we will introduce you to some participants of previous Boot Camps who discovered that the Compound and CrossFit offer the challenges and atmosphere they need to achieve their fitness goals.

Before the [Boot Camp], I was doing P90X and getting really bored with the same workout every week, or every other day. I needed something a lot more challenging. Well, after attending the boot camp I realized I had found what I was looking for. The workouts are never the same and are extremely challenging every time. After about 90 days of attending this gym, I have looked in the mirror and noticed muscles and curves that I thought had disappeared forever! Also, within the first month I shaved one whole minute off of my half mile run. I absolutely enjoy the “team” atmosphere that the trainers provide and encourage. This gym has been a unique gym experience for me and I absolutely plan to continue busting my butt there! THANKS GUYS and GALS =0)
