Bootcampers give yourself a high five! Last night was tough. Sprint stations, lunges, and broad jumps, followed by tire flips. You have been given a body that you have to look after. Physical health is part of the well being trifecta the other two are emotional and spiritual. Speaking of ‘spiritual’ this weekend is Easter just ‘passover’ the Cadbury egg and go for the more healthier meal or side dish choice. Our multi-million food industry is set is up to profit on our bad eating habits. Educate yourself by being consumer aware: read labels and know where the food source came from. It will help you stay off track on the industrial food pipeline. Perhaps this weekend is good time to visit some local farmers. Again awesome job last night.

Week 1

Happy Monday Bootcampers!  and Welcome to the Compound Crossfit Bootcamp site.  Saturday’s fitness test went well.  Some of you are a bit apprehensive on your physical capabilities just remember it’s not where you are, it’s where you’re heading towards your goals:  strength, health and confidence.

    Life is an uphill battle but the view is so much better from the top knowing that you planted a garden of wellness for yourself. Set yourself to feel ‘awesome’ today and everyday.  It’s an investment that you will profit and create results in your life. By the way, don't forget to keep a food journal. Thank you everyone.
