Boot Camp Boot Camp Boot Camp!!!



On Wednesday April 25th the Compound Crossfit Boot Campers had their hardest day yet!!! Big props to all of our Boot Campers for showing how tough they really are and for never quitting no matter how hard things got!! When Ryan comes out with a bullhorn and 4 of the heaviest slosh pipes the world has ever seen you know its going to be a long night! But they stuck it out and truly learned the meaning of "it pays to be a winner"!!! Fantastic job Boot Campers! You should all have a great sense of accomplishment and camaraderie after going through that together. Our June Boot Camp is creeping up fast and its filling up quick!! So if their is anyone that you know that you think may be tough enough for a Boot Camp at Compound Crossfit, get them signed up!!! First Day Of Boot Camp In The Books!!!


Big congratulations to my Compound Crossfit Boot Campers for destroying their first day of Boot Camp!!! One of our biggest Boot Camps in a long time and I can already tell its going to be a good one! After picking teams we all learned a valuable lesson that will haunt us throughout the course of the program.... IT PAYS TO BE A WINNER!!! Then we finished out the night with a little taste of Fight Gone Bad. Great job to all that pushed the limits tonight!! Stay tight on the nutrition Boot Campers and as always, get lots of rest and water. And remember the talk we had about quitting!!! Quitting is the easiest thing in the world to do and its the biggest cop out. But staying strong when everyone would understand if you gave up, that's true strength... Be strong Boot Campers!!! Be COMPOUND!!!
