Compound Crossfit Boot Camp has graduated!!! Put on your cap and gown because this graduation was a special one! By far my favorite bootcamp blog post yet... not only was this bootcamp extremely motivated while in class -- but they showed true dedication post-grad :) Seeing some of them sign up for competition team truly inspired me. This is a great group. Wonderful job Joey and Mary ... best bootcamp class yet!
