Happy Valentine's Day Compound Crossfit members!! We also want to welcome Mary Hill, another Boot Camp graduate to the team!!! Glad to have you!!! A quick reminder to anyone that wants to cheer on Team Compound Mary Czechowski teamed up with Joey Comeau AKA Triple OG and Turn "N" Burn teamed up with The Prodigy Ryan Allday!!! We are competing at the Hampton Roads Convention Center Feb. 18th and 19th!! You won't want to miss this guys!! Let us know ahead of time if you will be attending so we can save your seat!!! The event is going to be huge so bring the husband or wife and kids!! Also do not forget to spread the word about our next Boot Camp!
