What can 1 month of Compound Crossfit do for you???


"Alright everyone.. It took a lot of inner courage to post this picture as I am ashamed of the before picture and have always struggled with my weight and self image. I just want to show everyone what 4 weeks of commitment to a GREAT workout and eating right can help you achieve.
